The Villa offers three separate quarters with their own private entrances, terraces and cozy hideaway corners. The June’s five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and two livings are divided over the property and are partially connectable to create the ideal setting for groups. While privacy is a well-deserved luxury, the Pool Deck offers a communal space to celebrate your special getaway together, relax, unwind, dine, throw a BBQ on the Kamado grill or organize a workshop for all the guests. The June’s tranquil salt water pool is heated year-round and therefore the June’s magic is not limited to Spring and Summer. Check out our spaces below:
The Fustera Apartment
(1st floor):
A spacious apartment offering a lounge and dining area for up to 10 guests, dreamy views over the valley and the sea, a gas fireplace, air-conditioning in every room, completely SMEG equipped kitchen with, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, a washing machine, a Quooker, filtered drinking tap water, Nespresso coffeemaker, family size toaster and a gas hob.
The Master bedroom offers a handmade kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and heated mirrors. The two guest bedrooms both have twin beds which are movable and share a second bathroom.
The Fustera Apartment has it’s own covered terrace to escape the sun privately and an extended balcony which attracts the latest afternoon and evening sun. A perfect family apartment suited for up to 6 guests or for a smaller company that prefers some extra bedrooms to store their luggage and garderobes.
The Advocat apartment
(ground level):
A luxurious one-bedroom hideaway with its’s own private bathroom, kingsize bed, open kitchen, living- and diningroom and an outdoor terrace with sunloungers and a dining table.
The SMEG equipped kitchen offers a fridge, washing machine, oven, induction hob, toaster, tea kettle, Nespresso Coffeemaker and a filtered drinking water installation.
The lounge seats up to 5 guests and is equipped with a television, air-conditioning, Bluetooth speaker, games and books.
The Advocate Apartment can be connected with the Baladrar Suite which transforms this space into a luxury two bedroom and two bathroom apartment.
The Baladrar Suite
(ground level):
The June’s little pearl, a private hotel style guestsuite with a handmade concrete kingsize bed and many more rustic organic shapes. The suite offers a private entrance and outdoor lounge area, an in-room loungearea with a SMEG minifridge, Nespresso Coffeemaker, tea kettle, Bluetooth speaker, television, air-conditioning and an en-suite private bathroom with heated mirrors.
The Baladrar suite accommodates two guests but can be connected to The Advocat apartment which transforms this space into a luxury two bedroom and two bathroom apartment.
Outdoor
The 5 little terraces hidden around the villa provide every guest with their deserved privacy and comfort.
The magnificent communal pooldeck and outdoor kitchen at The June offer an exclusive ‘beach-club’ vibe. This is the centre of the villa, where our guests gather, share and create memories.
The multi-layered sundeck at the pool offers stunning valley- and seaviews, comfortable mattresses, an outdoor shower and flexible colorful umbrellas.
Imagine dreaming away at the edge of The June’s salt-waterpool of 10 x 3,5 meters or take an after-dinner dip..
Bring out a toast on a late afternoon or early evening at the 10-seats lounge area next to the pool which is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family.
The covered outdoor BBQ area, with a large Kamado grill, fridge and a dining table for 10 is where the magic happens. Sunrise breakfasts, intimate dinners and private dining with our favorite chefs will make a stay at The June even more remarkable.
